Luminoso Moves into New Boston Headquarters

BOSTON, March 25, 2019 — Luminoso, the natural language company that provides AI-powered analysis of unstructured data to reveal customer and employee insights, today announced that it has moved its global headquarters from Cambridge, Massachusetts to Downtown Boston. Located at 125 High Street, Luminoso’s new headquarters will have room for 100 employees, allowing the company to double its Boston area staff.

“We’ve seen a surge in the number of businesses that have adopted our artificial intelligence-based software to analyze their text data, such as customer feedback emails, contact center interactions, and employee satisfaction surveys,” said Adam Carte, CEO of Luminoso. “Our new Boston headquarters will enable us to scale our team, and continue to provide our customers with best-in-class text analysis solutions.”

At 15,400 square feet, Luminoso’s new office gives the company room to more than double its staff. Luminoso currently employs 41 people locally, and plans on hiring approximately 40 people across various job functions over the next year. A complete list of openings can be found on our careers page.

“As we were considering locations and planning the space for our Boston headquarters, we were focused on making sure the office would enable our employees to do their best work,” said Diane Yasgur, VP of human resources at Luminoso. “Our headquarters has both open and private work spaces, is easily reachable via public transportation, and offers great access to all that Boston has to offer.”

Luminoso’s headquarters features a number of private offices and meeting rooms, as well as communal spaces. The office’s central gathering space will be used for company-wide meetings and for hosting Boston area community events. In addition to its Boston headquarters, Luminoso has offices around the world, including Tokyo, London, and Sydney.
