Paul Winters

Paul Winters is a Partner of Denham Capital, a global private equity firm, where he serves as the firm’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, and on the valuation committee. As General Counsel, he is responsible for all legal matters affecting Denham, its funds and its portfolio companies. Prior to joining

Denham in 2005, he was an attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP. He currently serves on the board of directors of multiple Denham portfolio companies. He received a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University. He is a past director of Wide Horizons for Children, a Boston-based non-profit focused on adoption and child welfare.
